Feel like I am working yet not all at the same time. The inbetween "jobs" that I am right now makes it all seem more chaotic that it should be. Plus, I am already thinking about this upcoming field season since that really is right around the corner. Trying to get my replacement for one office slightly ready to start at arrival while getting myself ready for the new role has been weird and chaotic. I am probably not fully focused on the right things but that is so difficult to tell right now since some things seem like a pending dumpster fire. Always flexible, that is how the job needs to be since things are always changing in ways that I never expect. Working on better ways to organize so I don't let things slip through the crack accidentally. Oh, well, on to February and whatever it is going to bring my way.
